Experience
Christian Chemin practised as a lawyer with the law firms Goldsmith Chartier Delvolvé, Ader Brossollet Jolibois Nouel and Ravalec Raccat before establishing the Firm with his partners in 1980, which is now called Forensis. His expertise in business law, litigation and international business has led him to act on behalf of French and foreign clients:
he has advised clients in the distribution, luxury goods, financial and industrial sectors regarding the negotiation and drafting of complex agreements in France and abroad, the implementation of distribution networks through the creation of subsidiaries or the implementation of representation or agency agreements,
in relation to the protection of their intellectual property rights (trademarks, drawings and designs),
he has advised these clients on their restructuring operations with regard to sales or acquisitions of subsidiaries or entities and, in particular, businesses or business assets,
in litigation before the courts or arbitration tribunals.
