Expérience
Grégoire MARCHAC started his career at the O.E.C.D. as a legal consultant, before joining for several years Gide Loyrette Nouel. He has developed extensive experience, including before courts, in contract law, commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and banking and finance law for French and foreign clients. As a member of the Board of the Association of lawyers in automobile law (A.A.A.), he also has a specific expertise in transportation and automobile law. He is the author of several publications in France and in the United States.
