Emmanuel DUBOIS previously worked for Arthur Andersen and Gide Loyrette Nouel and with an attorney to the French Supreme Court. After taking over the law firm created by his father, Georges Dubois, he founded a new firm in 2005 together with Grégoire Marchac. He is a specialist in tax law and has major experience, in French and international transactions, in mergers and acquisitions and corporate law.
